The committees bring together representatives of the different sectors in the furniture manufacture business, taking into account the geographic distribution of the country and the size of the companies.

Committee for Labor Studies

President: Georges Yves Ansquer
Its role is to define labor policies for the profession and to prepare for their implementation by drafting contractual texts that are negotiated with labor partners in the Joint Committee.

Training Committee

President: René Sourisseau (Gautier France)
It is responsible for addressing the group's training policy and preparing for negotiations with labor partners within the CPNE ("Joint National Committee for Employment"). It initiates measures intended to attract young skills to our companies: improving the image of the profession, following up on the progress of degree holders in the field, developing relationships between schools and businesses, etc.

UNIFA Technical Committee

President: Gérard FOURNIER (Fournier SA - Mobalpa)
Its mission is to express the technical point of view of the professional sector and to give its opinion on the works of collective utility performed by the Technical Centers.

Environment Committee

Its role is to educate about technical and regulatory developments relating to the environment and to protect the interests of industrial firms in the furniture sector.

Office Furniture Technical Committee

President: Michel Siletti
It prepares the position of industrial firms in the office furniture segment regarding efforts in the areas of standardization, regulations, application of technical references from high quality brands. It enables this sector to anticipate regulations and changes in the area of office work, while defending the companies' interests.

Metal Furniture Technical Committee

President: Michel Siletti
Organized by the CETIM ("Technical Center for Mechanical Industries"), its goal is to defend the point of view of the metal furniture sector in projects undertaken in conjunction with this technical center.
