UNIFA is based on the collegial and participative organization of industrial firms in:
• Specialty groups: furniture manufactures, seating, beds, kitchen, bathrooms, customized cabinetry, coffins, garden furniture, offices, public furniture, sellers, artistic cabinet makers, pipe organ builders, etc.

So that we can better understand the needs of manufacturers, for some market segments and for some specific business lines, UNIFA has undertaken organization by specialty group at the national level, that is, around the same family of products.

Each group is overseen by an industrial firm, open to any business head in the business sector in question who would like to preside. These groups, which function like "leaders' clubs", meet regularly to:
• Periodically discuss, exchange and cross-reference professional information • Work as a force for change to suggest and launch collective measures and make decisions about the implementation of tools for industrial firms
• Discuss any topic of interest to their profession (technical, economic, promotional, etc.)
